n this cookery lesson, we will explore the exciting world of food preparation. Children will learn basic cooking skills while making a simple dish, encouraging creativity, following instructions, and practicing teamwork. Objectives: Understand the importance of healthy eating. Learn basic cooking techniques and safety in the kitchen. Enhance fine motor skills through hands-on food preparation.

Eye-Hand Coordination - Learning to Use a Knife Safely In this lesson, we will focus on developing eye-hand coordination by learning how to use a knife safely in the kitchen. We will discuss the importance of being careful while cutting and practice using a plastic or child-safe knife to cut soft fruits or vegetables. Objectives: Understand the concept of eye-hand coordination. Learn and practice safe knife-handling techniques. Improve fine motor skills through cutting activities.
